I started CVG Consulting in 2021 to give business owners practical, personal support. Over the past five years, I’ve helped businesses shape their message, create content, update websites, and stay connected with their customers.
I enjoy both the big-picture thinking and the work that brings it to life. But my favorite part is helping someone feel less overwhelmed and more confident about what comes next.
I’m a Boise native, and I love calling this place home. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and two kids, enjoying the outdoors, learning something new, or finding a good cup of coffee.

I bring more than 20 years of communication experience, a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, and a master’s degree in Adult Education and Organizational Learning. I also teach communication at the College of Western Idaho.
That mix of marketing and teaching shapes how I work: explain things clearly, make the next steps useful, and help people feel comfortable putting them into practice.
